    Yes - We have a 2 year warranty on system components.

  • What is the battery life/warranty on the water sensors?

    We offer a 10 year warranty on sensor batteries. We will ship them free for the fisrt 10 years.

  • Is there customer support if I need help?

    Yes - We offer FREE lifetime access to call our call center in English and French.

  • Is there aftercare once the system is installed?

    Yes. Customers who purchase enjoy 2 years FREE after sale service.

  • How many sensors will I need?

    Once you book your free on-site quote, our techs will determine how many sensors you'll need for your home size and layout design.

  • How many sensors can be hooked up to the system?

    Our system can take up to 64 sensors and can cover up to 50 feet without any repeaters.

  • Can I control the system remotely?

    Yes. You'll have 100% control via our FREE app available in the Apple App Store & Google Play App Store.

  • Does the system require WiFi to operate?

    No WiFi is required. The need for WiFi, or a cellular network, is required to get access to the app to control the system, otherwise you can install it without WiFi.

  • What if there is a power outage?

    Our system comes with a built-in backup battery function, so the system is still on even during a power outage. Before the backup battery is 100% drained, the system will close the valve on the house to prevent any issues.
